The Team Lead will work under the direction of the assigned ReStore Manager, to support retail operations. This position is responsible for assisting in all store operations and will help to manage a staff of 6-12 employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Customer service * Includes answering questions, providing supervision of staff, volunteers, and customers, assisting with merchandise, clarifying policies, resolving disputes, answering phone, greeting customers. Volunteer Resource/Captain * Assist volunteers with onboarding, training, and retention. Lead volunteer orientations. Utilize volunteer scheduling and tracking system.
