It has advanced metrics such as running economy, step loss, HRV, VO2 max, O2, and EKG monitoring, as well as pace predictions, pace calculations, a built-in running coach, and more. Some of my favorite things about this watch are the features that you might not think you need or want like the morning and evening reports that gauge your activity needs and wins for the day, the ability to use Garmin pay at registers, and the ability to download music right to your watch and use it just like you would your phone, without ever pulling it out of your pocket.
