The top high school boys basketball talents competed in the 2026 McDonald's All-American game on Tuesday at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Twenty-two total athletes competed for East and West, and they represented 13 states from across the country. West won 102 to 86 thanks to a strong second half. It scored 36 points in the fourth quarter to pull away. Top Performers Jason Crowe Jr., Inglewood High School (Calif.) College: Missouri Crowe Jr. scored 16 points and dished out 5 assists, and he was named Co-MVP of the game. He is an extremely skilled guard who showcased his 1-on-1 abilities against some of the other top athletes in his class.
