The Mets have summoned a veteran utilityman to the West Coast after their latest injury headache. Vidal Brujan is being called up from Triple-A Syracuse, The Post’s Mike Puma reported Sunday morning, after replacement shortstop Ronny Mauricio suffered a thumb fracture Saturday night, which will land him on the injured list. Mauricio had been filling in for Francisco Lindor, who’s on the IL with a calf injury. The Mets are calling up Vidal Brujan from Triple-A Syracuse. Brujan, 28, is hitting .241 in 24 games for Syracuse while splitting time at shortstop, second base and third base. Thirteen of his 24 starts have come at short.
