So I am new to succulents. I bought this Lil guy last valentines on clearance. No info on the species or care tips. I just water him twice a month and leave it at that.

The past 6mo he wont stop growing and now I worry he is too tall for his stalk to support him? I keep removing the old leaves at the base that start to wilt. Should I transfer to a larger pot? He is my emotional support office plant.
