15s threshold

It's 2am where I am and my adhd brain is fixated on this dessert idea that I'll not really get the chance to make. Would someone be interested in making it? My idea is a lavender and honey poached pear, served warm with white chocolate drizzle and blueberry compote. Maybe honey roasted macadamia crumbled over the top for texture? To comply with sub requirements, a rough recipe would be: 1 or 2 pears A pinch of culinary lavender 2 or 3 tbsp honey 1L water A block of good white chocolate 1 cup blueberries 3 tbsp water 1 tbsp caster sugar Poach pears in water with honey and lavender until tender. Melt the white chocolate over double boiler and drizzle over the pear. Make compote out of blueberries, water and sugar over slow, low heat. Serve on the side when it's become jammy. In my brain, it slaps. submitted by /u/Unlikely_Ad7722 [link] [comments]
