Hi everyone, I took my Alienware laptop to a repair shop cause of a loud fan. They did the diagnostic and confirmed that was the problem, but when they replaced it they called telling me it stoped working cause of a problem with the motherboard.

Now I'm trying to dispute this since the laptop worked before we brought it in (it was loud but it turned on and worked perfectly). Now the laptop does not even turn on and they are telling me its going to be from 100 to 400 dlls more. I am a student so this really puts me in a difficult spot, specially cause this laptop is pricey.
