I have over 1000 hours in Factorio and still never got all the achievements.

My first run took me around 350 hours. I learned the basics and eventually finished the DLC.

After that, I wanted to start a new playthrough and decided to install some quality-of-life mods I had seen (honestly, Rate Calculator should just be part of the base game at this point).

But that’s where I messed up. Once I started using mods, I basically locked myself out of achievements in that save… and every save after that.

I even tried starting a clean run recently to go for 100%, but I always lose motivation when I remember I need to finish the game in under 40 hours.

At this point I have a ton of experience, but no real “completion” to show for it.

Anyone else stuck in this weird cycle?
