Hi, I’m about to give up drums. I usually practice hours a day on the drumset and on rudiments, although rudiments take up most of my time. For the life of me, I cannot improve my rudiments (specifically paradiddles) no matter how much I practice. I slow them down and play for elongated periods of time just at 100 bpm or 110 bpm or higher, but I can’t get them to sound good at even 120. My left hand looks all over the place, and I’m about to call it quits. Any suggestions?
