I know it's one of the "holy grail" comps, with numerous emulations. I've tried Waves and Slate's emulations, but unlike SSLBus/LAxA/1176 etc., I haven't found a "go-to" use case for it. Do you use Fairchild (hardware/emulation) often? If so: Where do you think it shines the most and has become irreplaceable (for you, at least?) What time constants do you use? Which company's emulation do you prefer? For people who's used the original hardware or hardware clones: What's your general impression?
