Master's Thesis about communication in remote teams Hi Everyone, it's getting down to the wire for me, and I just need a few more interviews for my thesis 😅 I am a Master's student at ISCTE Business School in Lisbon, Portugal, and I am currently finishing my thesis concerning remote work/remote teams. I’m researching how communication styles and digital tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.) impact project speed and motivation in short-term remote teams.
