Called EdFinancial with my spouse yesterday because my new payment didn’t seem quite right after recertification. After the call (which was unhelpful and seemed to contain misinformation), my spouse was 100% sure we were actually talking to an AI agent during the actual conversation part when you finally are talking to a “representative”. It wasn’t obvious to me (e.g., not just the robotic sounding one asking you to press numbers right away) - but these days, who knows?
