Love and Deepspace , a mobile gacha game developed and published by Papergames, has run into a bit of an odd censorship problem in China during the advertising campaign for its latest in-game event, “Lingering Lust,” due to the country’s strict laws regarding NSFW content. However, after the trailer for the new event was censored twice, Papergames has resorted to a rather inventive form of artistic expression: stick figures. OK, so, there’s a lot of conflicting information out there surrounding this, which is almost definitely even more difficult to parse due to the language barrier, but here’s what I was able to discern: Earlier this week, trailers and teasers started rolling out for the bathtub-focused Lingering Lust event, which features the female player character rolling around in the water with Love and Deepspace ’s romanceable hunks.
