I noticed a website I monitor tanked in SERP rankings since the Google update last weekend. My top 10 rankings were about cut in half, according to SerpRobot, but when I checked Google search results manually in a private browser, I noticed things weren't that bad. In fact, the problem was that SR was no longer accurate, and certain keywords that showed p1 results manually were being listed as being on p2 or 3 according to SR. I checked with SR a few days ago, and they replied saying that Google's update caused their SERP-checking bots to be blocked and they were hoping to get it fixed soon. They also said it's affecting all the SERP ranking bots, not just theirs. Is everyone who uses SERP trackers having similar results?
