Tom Ford wrapped his arms around Julianne Moore on the Met Gala 2026 red carpet Monday night, when an anti-Bezos protestor rushed the red carpet and was arrested just 20 feet or so from the A-listers. According to an eyewitness, there was a commotion across the street from the entrance to the ball when a protestor — believed to be part of a group decrying Amazon’s labor practices — “pushed his way through the crowd of fans and press” behind a steel barrier on the east side of 5th Avenue, opposite the Metropolitan Museum, where the bash is held.
