15s threshold

Hi everyone,

I’m putting together a simple template for bodyweight training at home and would appreciate some feedback. I’m a beginner aiming for 2–3 sessions per week, and I’m leaning toward full body workouts so each muscle group gets trained more than once weekly.

Primary movements:
Bulgarian split squat
Roman chair back extension
Inverted rows
Hand-release push-ups
Plank

Accessory movements:
Seated hip flexor raises
Side-lying lateral leg raises

My goal is to structure each session around a squat, hinge, pull, and push variation, followed by some core work to keep things balanced.

I’m considering adding the accessory exercises at the end to address weaker areas, but I’m unsure if that might be too much volume to start. I also haven’t finalized reps yet, this is more of a general framework with sample exercises.

Any feedback or suggestions would be helpful!
