The Beavers offense was anemic — a running theme for their 2026 campaign. But, in a 7-3 loss to the Ducks (29-11) at Goss Stadium on Wednesday, it was free passes and defense that cost Oregon State (30-9). The 10 walks Oregon State’s pitching issued were a season-high, supplanting the eight Washington drew March 31. Prior to Wednesday’s loss, Oregon State’s bullpen had issued only five walks over the entire month of April.
