A fresh look is coming to 114 W. 47th St., a Durst Organization property that stands apart from the rest of the Midtown office-tower scene. The red-brick building between Sixth and Seventh avenues has 600,000 square feet  — much smaller than the million-plus giants around it, but larger than nearby “boutique” office locations. Sometimes overlooked due to its midblock address and low-profile entrance, it’s in for modest but meaningful upgrading — and new tenants.
