I cooked my steak out on the grill for the beginning of good weather topped with fresh chimichurri. My son was climbing on my table outside and I got distracted and overcooked my steak sadly. I wanted a nice medium rare, but it's more of a medium well (still good). While grilling the steaks I also grilled the squash and onions. While cooking steak, squash, and onions I had just plain white rice cooking in the rice cooker. I made chimichurri and put it in the fridge while I cooked everything. After I cooked everything I came in and sautéed mushrooms and added the grilled onions to the mushrooms for more flavor. submitted by /u/Wide-Rope8007 [link] [comments]
