Hi everyone—I just moved into this new house and the shower is only getting lukewarm. A plumber I reached out to told me I can fix this myself by removing the cartridge (I believe it’s a Delta). The thing is, the white part doesn’t turn. Does anyone have any step-by-step instructions on what I need to do to fix this? I really appreciate it!
