Homemade sushi/futomaki

First pic is my attempt, second pic is my housemate's. I don't know why she arranged the short pieces in a semicircle and put a longer piece standing upright in the center. But I enjoyed the artistry of her plating.

Fillings: avo, cucumber, egg, shroom, spinach, carrot, kewpie, tiny bit o thawed hiramasa that has been frozen for 8 months

Egg: egg, dashi, sugar, salt

Spinach, carrot matchsticks, and mushroom: Rehydrate dried shiitake. Cook all ingredients separately, drown in soy and mirin overnight or until good and salty. Also add sesame oil n toasted sesame seeds to the spinch.

Prepared the fillings yesterday, and assembled/massacred them today.
