I have hired a guy in my team(resource manager). He seems pretentious, not genuinely curious and not trying to figure out things. Communication is also superficial - sometimes derails the conversation. I overall don’t like the behaviour also as he left early etc without asking/telling - being just his third week I would expect more discipline. He hangs out with people who crib about company/work etc which I don’t like.
