King Charles took to the DJ decks with Sir Idris Elba at a Buckingham Palace garden party. The actor was among numerous famous figures attending an event to mark the 50th anniversary of The King’s Trust youth charity , which was founded in 1976. Celebrity ambassadors for the Trust, including broadcasters Ant and Dec and Holly Willoughby , and actors Dame Helen Mirren and Damian Lewis , were present alongside Sir Idris, an alumnus of the charity. After spending over an hour greeting approximately 50 young people and alumni supported by the organisation, Charles, holding an umbrella in the pouring rain, approached Christian St Louis and Sir Idris, who were positioned by the DJ equipment. St Louis, 22, from Middleton in Greater Manchester, took a DJing course through the Trust and performed at the party whilst guests danced through the downpour, clutching umbrellas.…
