Recently started cloud role at a big bank. Love the team everybody is chill and not toxic (wasn’t case at prior big company). Tech lead is helpful but get sense he’s bogged down by meetings after the morning and doesn’t have much mental bandwidth to answer my questions later I have on slack. Trying to do my due diligence and explore the solution further (also helps me get aquainted with the cloud setup). But I don’t want to ping him enough times where he goes “wow this guy can do nothing on his own.
