Whenever translation or captions get added into the mix, it always sounds simple at first just feed the audio into a tool and display it somewhere but in practice it usually turns into another layer of setup that needs babysitting during the event. We tried a few different approaches some AI transcription tools work fine when everything is clean but the moment you’ve got room noise, multiple speakers, or music in the mix, things start drifting pretty quickly.
