Supply issues caused by “warm weather”, and customers are being told to stockpile water now for drinking, cooking and washing. Plant and equipment failures over the winter, followed by not enough water to go round in the spring and summer. Never mind waiting for the future, water shortages are already here in force in the west, and it’s not even summer yet.
