I get health insurance for my family. I work from home and am able to do school drop-off and pick-up and cover sick days without an issue. No one is monitoring me. As a working parent, I could not ask for a better job. But I’m so bored. Everyday is the same set of tasks, and there is no variety in my workday. If my circumstances were different, I would say, well, obviously this job is not for me, and I should look for a new job. But that’s just not possible right now: the market is bad, and everything else about this job works for me and my family. I’m just so bored. No one wants to hear about this, obviously.…
