EXCLUSIVE: Charades have acquired international sales rights for Canadian director Leah Nelson’s Alzheimer’s-themed animated feature debut Tangles, with Julia Louis-Dreyfus , Bryan Cranston and Seth Rogen in the voice cast,   ahead of its world premiere in Cannes. They will launch world sales in Cannes alongside UTA Independent Film Group and CAA Media Finance , which arranged financing for the project, and are co-repping  North American and Global sales. The film, based on Sarah Leavitt’s graphic memoir Tangles : A Story About Alzheimer’s, My Mother and Me, will premiere as a Special Screening in Cannes and then heads to the Annecy International Film Festival in June, where it will play in the main competition.
