Canterbury National A body has been recovered from a West Coast river after an overturned tractor was found in the water on Friday morning. In a statement, police said a body was found in the Otututu/Rough River, near Ikamatua.  The body was found downstream of an overturned tractor, which was discovered about 10.45am on Friday.  The person was believed to be the sole occupant of the tractor.  Police have asked the public to avoid the area while emergency services work at the scene.
