It was only just recently that we learned Obsession director Curry Barker would rev up a new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie for A24. Already, he’s teasing out some of his vision for what he’ll do with the dormant slasher franchise, and provided some insight on his own history with it. Talking to Total Film, Barker assured his plans to do something “different” than previous Texas films and build on what’s already there.
