Wednesday night’s Fever-Sparks game hit, well, a fever pitch thanks to Caitlin Clark. The Fever superstar was assessed with her first technical foul of the season after the horn sounded at the end of the second quarter. With 20 seconds remaining in the first half, the 24-year-old Clark was called for an offensive foul, giving Los Angeles possession. Sparks star Cameron Brink then missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer, and after the shot, Clark immediately walked over to referee Jason Alabanza, who gave her a technical before Indiana headed to the visiting locker room for the halftime break.
