Hi! I'm a relatively new hiker and I have some upcoming trips planned for the summer, so I was thinking its time to buy my own shoes. For reference, the last hike I did was Acatenango/Fuego in Guatemala, and I just rented whatever shoes they had there. I literally don't know anything about this stuff so any help is appreciated! Ideally I would want something pretty versatile, as in I would like them for day trips but also multi-day treks.
