CJ Wallace , the son of The Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans , has won a defamation lawsuit against his ex-producer. On Wednesday (May 6), per court documents obtained by Complex, a default motion was entered, securing a win for Wallace against his former producer, Jonathan Hay. Last year, Wallace filed a defamation lawsuit after Hay gave interviews where he threw a number of now-officially-defamatory accusations at the son of the rap legend. Among the accusations in the interviews were that Wallace had engaged in “sexual relations” with Diddy , the co-founder of Biggie and Evans’ former label, Bad Boy Entertainment; that Wallace witnessed or engaged in criminal behavior at Diddy’s “freak-offs”; and that Wallace set Hay up to be sexually assaulted by Diddy. Wallace won his defamation suit by default after he unsuccessfully attempted to serve Hay seventeen times at two of his Florida addresses, followed by a substitute service, all of which Hay declined to respond to.…
