Divorce papers were served two years ago, according to the outlet, and Alissa has wanted the court to invalidate the prenup agreement signed in Florida before they were married in 2011. Carl allegedly “demanded” Alissa sign the prenup, according to a court briefing viewed by The Post , and she also alleged “intense” and “controlling” behavior by the ex-pitcher.
