Complexity theory embraces the inherent uncertainty and unpredictability of complex systems. Complexity theory takes into account the fact that complicated systems are inherently uncertain and hard to predict. Complexity theory looks at how the different parts of an organization affect the behavior and effect that happens as a result. I’ll explain the idea with an example in my post. 1.
