Visible smoke could be seen off of Interstate 25 near Nevada Avenue as firefighters battled a small grass fire early Monday afternoon, CSFD posted on social media.

The approximately 0.25-acre fire had crews at the scene around 12:30 p.m. with more wildland crews on the way.
