I live in a very warm climate, and combined with multi-day kayak sessions where I have to be in wet tights for up to 12h, I have gotten rashes more than once.

I wear clothing that covers every inch of exposed skin for sun protection. But I also roll/genuinely capsize/wet exit for bladder purposes while I'm on the water. Both of these leave me in sopping wet clothing in hot weather. When having multi-day expeditions, I inevitably get itchy and painful rashes by the 2nd day.

Is there some sort of specialised clothing for this purpose? I've been using regular quick-dry polyester, like the sort for running/yoga/gym, but it seems it's not breathable enough. I can't imagine I'm the only person who faces this problem so how do you guys deal with it?
