The demo is available now across PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X/S , Switch 2 , Steam , and Epic Games Store , and in the words of Capcom will offer players a "taste" of the horrors awaiting in Resident Evil Requiem. "The demo version allows you to play part of the game's early stages,” it said, adding that save data from the demo can't be transferred to the full version of the game. Several people have shared their amusement as well as bemusement that Capcom is only now announcing a demo for Resident Evil Requiem. Previous series entries such as Resident Evil 4 Remake and Resident Evil Village had demos for would-be players prior to launch. Meanwhile, many others out there have already finished Requiem, and are now eagerly awaiting its previously announced story expansion .…
