Hi all! I make a Pineapple Jalapeno Pulled pork bbq sandwich that my family loves. There is a caramelized pineapple/onion topping that goes on it along with Cilantro and a little bit of bbq if they want it.
I'd love to make this into a bowl for the family. I usually look at what Wegmans has for their prepared foods bowls and make a version of these.
What would you add to make it a bowl? I sometimes use a rice/quinoa blend for our bowls, but I'm open to ideas. I also like to use their rainbow slaw for our bowls.
Any ideas would be appreciated. I do try to keep our bowls healthy-ish.
