The 50-year-old is facing a felony charge of possession with intent to distribute marijuana after being caught with a large amount of the substance. The cops were originally called to his home on April 23 for a mental health call, but it turned into a criminal investigation. His mugshot has been released, capturing him posing in an orange shirt.
