Location: Oregon, USA I told my new employer that I will not be using their insurance (Company has over 200 employees). I am already covered by the Oregon Health Plan and when that coverage ends I will be joining my Fiancé’s plan (we get married in September). They responded by telling me it is not an option and they require all employees to be covered (they pay all premiums). The problem is their plan would make me change doctors and be in a whole new healthcare system which I do not want. What are my options?
