Husband lost job offer My husband got fired from his job of 15 years over concerns he wasn't following procedure. He was never given an performance improvement plan...she just wrote him up and didn't offer to help so he got fired. He's been out of work for three months and we thought today was the day. He tells me he did an interview and it sounded like it went well. He did say why he was fired but he got a start date and said they were very interested in him being there. A few hours later he gets an email saying they dropped the offer and won't be taking him. We are frustrated. I have been fired for something like this but I was never given a job offer and then had it snatched away. Not to mention he has been filling out applications, going to interviews and doing what he's supposed to be doing only to have radio silence, dropped job offers and no answers.
