So I started my new diet 18 days ago. My initial weigh in was 187.8 @ 5’8” (male)
Currently 174.8, my diet has consisted of steak, chicken, broccoli, bananas almost exclusively. NO fast food, NO breads, NO rice, NO potatoes etc. Doing at home workouts with my barbell almost daily.
While I’ve lost a decent amount of weight in these 18 days I can’t say I notice a huge difference in my gut.
Any advice to cut the gut? Or am I on the right track and I’ll see the results I’m looking for on this path? Thank you for reading !
