After siting on the movie a bit more, there is stuff to like about the film. They have a cool soundtrack, decent action scenes and some cool VFX. I learn it didn’t introducing anything maybe that’s the point. It’s an adventure for two hours. Not the greatest Star Wars film I’ve watched, but it’s definitely the least insulting. That counts for something at least. Now, what does that do for the overall brand for Star Wars? I’d say pretty neutral. Edit: and just to add more on my title means. Safe and harmless is not definitely a good thing when I think about Star Wars. A movie can be safe and play into an actual theme. But Star Wars is the last movie franchise were. They should be taking it safe. It should be expanding still. submitted by /u/abdul_bino [link] [comments]
