Does AI need to be everywhere? It's pretty clear there's an AI bubble. A shoe company gained 600% and then "crashed" back down, but is still over 2x the original value just by announcing they were pivoting to AI. What plans do you have to protect your SaaS when the bubble pops? If the company your model runs on raises prices what will you do? Self-host a model on hardware, switch models, limit AI features? Every new model seems like a race to burn tokens fastest. Personally, my app doesn't need AI features so I haven't implemented any. I considered a chatbot but the risk and time I would spend securing it against spending millions of tokens while I sleep, or even worse go on vacation, just isn't worth it to me. And all of my other features are already implemented programatically, I'm a little worried that adding AI would cause my trust to go down. I don't want potential customers to think my product is some AI slop I've coded over the weekend. What are your thoughts?…
