My wife is a voiceover artist, I'm her producer and number one fan. She's professional level and does high-level work, so we've been in the process of slowly upgrading her recording setup and space as she's gotten more and more work. I'm adding a second interface to our home studio setup so that I can work on my own projects while she records, so I'm taking her Scarlett 2i2 and we're getting her a new one, ideally something with only one input that doesn't have too many bells and whistles, just high quality preamps, etc. I wouldn't have considered upgrading her Scarlett because it works well for her, but since we need another interface anyway, I figured I'd learn something along the way if nothing else.
