There are thousands of blogs, but most of them get few to no views.

Your target should be to find trending stories or staff-pick stories.

This will appear on the uppermost right-hand side of the Medium homepage.

But if you want it for your blog, then go for Google Trends. You can find topics that are viral in the last 24 hours.

I recommend targeting topics with at least 100k+ search volume.

That will increase your chances of getting viral.

Start with a Hook

See, as I told you before, there are tons of blogs for the same query.

So you will have to use a hook to keep the reader stuck to your post.

For this, you can look for viral writers or blogs in your niche.

You can also use a quote as a hook.

Well, you can come up with other unique ideas to get your reader's attention.
