Recently Salesforce has started tapping into all revenue streams from the ISV and OEM partners. They started redirecting the support requests into - "let's align on the revenue sharing" campaigns. I personally faced this with one of our customer (free app, now they want to charge a base fee or a revenue share), also heard from my friends. The ISV market is already crunched and facing many issues related to distribution, build-vs-buy narratives and most importantly appexchange release friction. We've seen people giving up on the apps with paying customers and giving it away for free with no support going forward.
