Trying to make a white bean soup this weekend, getting conflicting information on soaking beforehand So I'm making a white bean soup this weekend which I'm pretty excited for but one website is saying you don't need to soak the beans beforehand while another website is saying you need to soak them overnight. I don't want to over or undercook the beans of course so I'm sort of looking fo yalls take on this one
