Urban Outfitters Teams With DoorDash for On-demand Style in Gen Z ‘Deliver Joy’ Campaign

Urban Outfitters is expanding into on-demand retail through a nationwide partnership with DoorDash, giving customers access to the brand’s fashion, accessories, beauty, gifting and lifestyle assortment through the delivery platform. The launch comes as the retailer aims to meet Gen Z shoppers where they already are, with nearly two in five ordering delivery weekly, according to YouGov data. The partnership debuts with “Deliver Joy,” a campaign built around style, celebration and self-expression and timed to graduation season. Urban Outfitters and DoorDash will activate the launch with immersive experiences nationwide, surprise-and-delight moments throughout May and an exclusive offer for eligible customers: 30 percent off orders of $50 or more, up to $30 off, from Wednesday through May 27 with promo code URBANSAVE30.
